Shipping policy

Shipping is free throughout Switzerland for orders of CHF 25 or more.

SanThé Infusions reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Packages are sent only within Switzerland, via Swiss Post, in most cases using Economy Mail.

Once the package is handed over to the Post Office, SanThé Infusions is no longer responsible for its delivery. In case of any problems, please contact Swiss Post directly first and notify us by filling out the contact form.

Delivery times vary from 2 to 5 business days, provided the ordered products are in stock.

If the package is not collected by the customer within the allotted time and is returned to us, the return and reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

SanThé Infusions reserves the right to limit the purchase quantities of certain products and to refuse delivery in the event of an exceptionally heavy or bulky order.

We make every effort to ensure that all products offered are available.

Despite our best efforts, we are not immune to unforeseen problems, and therefore our delivery commitment is void in the event of failure or delays in supply from our own suppliers, provided that this unavailability is not attributable to SanThé Infusions.

If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
