Refund policy

PRODUCT RETURNS

If more than 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for return, your product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original, sealed packaging.

No other products not included in the original order should be included in your return.

To complete your return, we will always require your proof of purchase (order confirmation email).

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied and the reason why. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your original credit card or payment method will be automatically credited within a few business days, depending on your bank. Contact us if there is a delay in your refund.

If you haven't received your refund and you have already completed all these steps, please contact us using the contact form.

SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged before shipment.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them to give to you later, we will issue the refund to them, and they will therefore be notified that you returned their gift.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you must send it to the postal address indicated on your invoice.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than CHF 50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
